CRT or certified respiratory therapist exam & RRT or registered respiratory therapist exam is conducted by NBRC (National Board of Respiratory Care). CRT exam carries 160 multiple choice questions to check the objective knowledge of the candidate. RRT exam is designed in the manner as such that the candidates knowledge is tested parametrically at every stage and every level. This exam is to test advanced respiratory achievements of the candidate. RRT exam carries two stages a written process and clinical testing process. The written exam consists of 115 multiple type questions. The total duration for completing this exam is 120 minutes. In mock clinical exam, day to day cases are imitated and candidate has to solve it in 4 hours. One can schedule these both parts on the same day itself.
