Praxis II Biology Exam checks candidates knowledge and competencies in the biology field. Basically Praxis II series is for the entry level candidates aspiring to teach students of secondary school. To appear for Praxis II Biology Exam, candidate should hold at least a bachelor degree from state or national university. Format of Praxis II Biology Exam


Praxis II Biology Exam includes several types of tests. Praxis II biology and General Test includes 120 multiple choice questions. Total time given to complete this exam is 120 minutes. Praxis II Biology Test (content Knowledge) is conducted in two parts. Both parts include 75 multiple choice questions to be attempted in 60 minutes. Praxis II Biology Exam (Content Knowledge advance level) includes 150 multiple choice questions to be attempted in 120 minutes. Praxis II Biology Exam (Content Essays) includes three essays types questions to be completed in 60 minutes. Candidate needs to manage time well for this assessment as only 20 minutes are allotted for each constructive response query.
